Sales Representative Vacancies (Mt. Kenya and Nairobi Regions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Market company products on the territory assigned to you
  • Pay visits to customers under your jurisdiction and evaluate their needs.
  • Ensure that every customer has sufficient stock with a representation of all Stock Keeping Units (SKU’s) at all times.
  • Make sure that company products are properly merchandised in clean freezers at all times.
  • Provide timely and action-oriented reports as and when required.
  • Submit duly filled worksheets at the end of every week.
  • Provide information required for worksheet adjustments on a weekly basis.
  • Report any faults and damages on freezers upon occurrence.
  • Continuous marketing of company products to grow the clientele base on the territory assigned to you.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure that the targets set for the region under your jurisdiction are achieved or exceeded.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
  • Physical generation of orders as per the current stock holding for every customer.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales of fast moving consumer goods.
  • Can work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to generate viable leads.
  • Can convert prospects into actual sales with ease.
  • Be self-driven and focused.
  • Have a passion for sales and desire to actualize customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Superb negotiation skills.
